ORDER, Grayhound qualify for ESL Pro League Season 7 APAC Finals
ORDER and Grayhound are the first teams from Oceania to book spots at the ESL Pro League Season 7 Asia-Pacific Finals after finishing top two in the region's closed qualifier.
ORDER began their series against Chiefs with a successful CT pistol on Train, but their opponents responded in a third-round buy, setting themselves up for a 5-2 lead. Still, ORDER tightened up their defence and lost only one more round until half-time to secure a 9-6 advantage.
Alistair "aliStair" Johnston and co. carried that momentum into the second half and further added to their lead with yet another triumphant pistol round. Although Chiefs then kept trying to turn the game around, ORDER remained calm and collected to lock down the map, 16-11.
Next up was Cache, and despite Chiefs starting the game with a 2-0 lead as CTs, ORDER quickly took control of proceedings and gave up just two more rounds to bag a dominant 11-4 lead. Chiefs still tried to mount a comeback, but it was just a matter of time before ORDER wrapped things up.

The series between Grayhound and Tainted Minds kicked off on Nuke, with the latter picking up their T-side pistol. Grayhound responded in a force-buy, but neither team was able to get a grip on the game.
Tainted Minds eventually took a 9-6 lead, but the game continued to be a back-and-forth affair in the second half. And even though Tainted Minds were the first team to hit map-point, 15-11, Sean "Gratisfaction" Kaiwai responded with a 1v3 clutch to find a lifeline for his team, who went on to win the map in overtime.
On Cache, Tainted Minds got off to a flying start on the T-side as they lost only one of the first ten rounds of the map. From there, however, Grayhound went on a massive run, winning 15 rounds straight to take the map, 16-9, and book a spot at the Asia-Pacific finals.
